OVERVIEW

Welcome to FoneCaze. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to FoneCaze. By accessing or using our website and purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

We operate as a Print-on-Demand (POD) business, meaning all products are manufactured only after an order is placed.

We are committed to conducting business in a manner that is honest, transparent, and fair, in accordance with ethical principles and Islamic values.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT

By using our Services, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

  • All information provided by you is accurate and complete

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under it.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS & ACCURACY

All products are custom-made after order confirmation.

We strive to ensure accurate product representation; however:

  • Colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings

  • Minor variations that do not affect functionality are not considered defects

We do not engage in misleading descriptions and aim to present products truthfully.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (or confirmation in case of COD)

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, as production begins immediately

  • Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product details (including device model and address)

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or incorrect information.

SECTION 4 – PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are displayed clearly at checkout.

  • No hidden charges will be applied beyond what is shown

  • Payments must be made through approved methods (UPI, cards, COD where applicable)

We do not engage in interest-based transactions (Riba) or deceptive pricing practices.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • All delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Delays may occur due to courier issues or external factors beyond our control

Once the product is handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

SECTION 6 – RETURN, REPLACEMENT & REFUND

All purchases are subject to our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.

  • Products are non-returnable as they are made-to-order

  • Replacements are provided only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • A valid unboxing video is required for any claim

We aim to resolve all genuine issues fairly and promptly.

SECTION 7 – CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate shipping details

  • Select the correct product/model before ordering

  • Cooperate in case of verification (for COD or fraud prevention)

Failure to do so may result in order cancellation or rejection of claims.

SECTION 8 – PROHIBITED USE

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Abuse, exploit, or attempt fraudulent claims

Any misuse may result in account suspension or legal action.

SECTION 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, images, content, and branding belong to FoneCaze.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without permission.

SECTION 10 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoneCaze shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Delays caused by third-party logistics

  • Issues arising from misuse of products

However, we remain committed to resolving legitimate customer concerns fairly.

SECTION 11 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Kerala.

SECTION 12 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
